Dear Master-Erstis,
On 09.04. the Party Night with Pizza and beer pong will take place at the CampusCneipe C2.
There will also be a big beer pong tournament at 19:00, for which you can register here. Before the tournament, please come to the tournament sign in between 17:30 and 18:30 so that we can inform you about your team allocation and the game plan. At the sign in there will be an oppertunity to purchase bottles of beer. We are playing with water in the beer pong cups and individual drinks.
If you miss the registration (17:30 - 18:30), you cannot take part in the tournament!
To allow the participation for as many players as possible the tournament will be played in teams of three. You have three options when registering:
Participate solo, in which case you will be randomly assigned to a team
Participate as a team of three, if you have already found two team partners, all three of you must register in the same team slot. Free places there will be filled with random players
Waiting list - if all the registration slots are already taken but someone doesn't turn up, you still have the chance to take part here (but you must also turn up on time for the "normal" registration!)
Further information
The games are organised as a knockout tournament with a final and a match for 3rd place as well, in the end places 1-3 will receive a prize.
The final will probably take place around 20:40
If you haven't arrived by the sign in deadline (18:30), your place can be passed on to a person on the waiting list

If you can't make it, please deregister to give others the chance to play.
